At Napa Force Lacrosse, we are committed to fostering a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for our athletes, coaches, parents, and spectators. To promote healthy communication and prevent conflicts that may arise due to the intensity of the game, we have implemented a 24-Hour Cool Off Period policy.
The purpose of the 24-Hour Cool Off Period is to encourage a thoughtful and calm approach to addressing concerns, misunderstandings, or issues that may arise during practices or games. This policy allows time for emotions to settle and for all parties to approach discussions with a clear mind.

Immediate concerns involving player safety or medical emergencies should be brought to the attention of the coach or staff member as soon as possible, without waiting for the 24-hour period.
We believe that by implementing the 24-Hour Cool Off Period, we can maintain a respectful and positive environment where all participants can thrive and grow in the sport of lacrosse. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us build a supportive community.
